Community Adolescent Rehabilitation Effort (C.A.R.E.) For Change, Inc. is a certified community based not-for-profit agency providing services in Oklahoma for over 15 years. Services are provided free of charge to those that qualify.

C.A.R.E. For Change, Inc. has programs designed to provide intensive and extended substance abuse services to children, adults and their families. Everyone is eligible for services at CARE for Change including individuals participating in the DHS(Department of Human Service) TANF program, and the judicial systems. CARE focuses on issues and problems related to abuse, and or dependency of drugs and/or alcohol.

The curriculum includes: anger management, socialization, decision making, values and problem solving skills in relationship to substance abuse. The treatment program can be designed with stabilization, moving to intensive and transition phases.

Our program services are provided in conjunction with Federal, State, and County Agencies. Medicaid payments accepted.

Our staff is dedicated t preventing and treating chemical dependency and abuse, through education, intervention, and outreach programs.
